Dr. Jim Morris, Founder
Dr Morris was educated at Oklahoma Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist
Theological Seminary, earning his Doctorate from Trinity Theological Seminary. He is
the former Associate Director at the Trinity Center for Conflict Management at Trinity,
developing graduate courses in conflict management and serving as adjunct
professor. Dr. Morris is also an ordained minister of over 40 years, who has
completed extensive relationship development and conflict management research,
studying with leaders in these field across the country. Dr. Morris has traveled
extensively from Washington, D.C. to California and Idaho to Florida teaching
seminars in conflict management and relationship development, and consulting with
churches in conflict. He has authored Radical Problems / Radical Solutions--a
practcal counseling tool for marriage counselors, The Most Coveted Secret of the
Ages, Friendly Fire, Just Do What Jesus Did and co-authored Azusa Street: They
Told Me Their Stories.
He has extensive entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Shared Resources,
Inc—a networking cooperative, and FreshAire Products—a manufacturing and direct
sales company of air freshening products. He has also served as Director and then
Vice President of Marking for a publicly traded marketing company. He is also
founder of SALT, Inc. (Strategic Advanced Leadership Training) and has developed
training and counseling programs for companies such as McDonalds and Mardels.
His latest endeavor is that of founding Dare2Dream Books--a ministry to Pastors,
Counselors, and Christian Writers.
An accomplished speaker and workshops leader across the nation, he has also been
a Counselor and Certified Mediator since 1974. He is the author of several books:
Radical Problems, Radical Solutions, and The Most Coveted Secret of the Ages. He
has been featured as an Expert in Conflict Resolution and Mediation on numerous
Christian radio and television programs throughout the country.

Co-Founder
Cindy McCowan has a solid background and education in office and business
management. She brings to the company a vast amount of life experience and has
been both an advocate and follower of Christian Radio and Television. Her years of
commitment to the church and the myriad of ministries broadcast over the airwaves
has given her an understanding of the vast spectrum of Christian ministry as well as
a deep understanding of what "connects" with those listening and participating in
Christian ministry at all levels. Her insights and expertise have proven an invaluable
addition to the executive staff.
